Every stage — from concept development and 3D design to patterning, printing, and sewing — is completed in-house at our Ohio facility. Step 1 — Concept

It all starts with your idea. Whether you provide a sketch, photo, product sample, or 3D model, our design team works with you to understand exactly what you want to achieve.
We begin the custom inflatables process by creating a full-color 3D rendering for your review. This high-resolution visual allows you to adjust proportions, colors, and details before production begins — ensuring your design perfectly represents your brand and goals.

Step 2 — 3D Model (Digital Sculpture)

Once the rendering is approved, our artists move into the 3D modeling phase. Using advanced digital sculpting software, we create a precise, geometrically accurate representation of your inflatable.
This stage of the custom inflatables process defines the structure, shape, and volume of your final piece. Each model undergoes review by our leadership and design teams — and you — to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction.

Step 3 — 3D Texturing Model

Next, our designers apply all brand colors, logos, and surface textures to create a photo-realistic 3D model. This step ensures perfect placement of every element — from printed graphics to stitched seams.
By visualizing your inflatable in this way, we verify that your branding, color codes, and design details align perfectly with your specifications before we move to production.

Step 4 — Engineering (Patterning)

Our engineering team converts the approved 3D model into a series of flat 2D patterns using advanced CAD software. Each piece is numbered, color-coded, and prepared for printing and sewing.
This essential phase of the custom inflatables process guarantees the final inflatable maintains perfect proportions, alignment, and strength during assembly.

Step 5 — Printing

Once patterning is complete, we bring your design to life with state-of-the-art digital printing. Using UV-resistant inks and high-definition graphics, your colors and branding are applied directly to the inflatable fabric.
Each panel is carefully reviewed to ensure image clarity, seamless graphic alignment, and color consistency that lasts through countless events and displays.

Step 6 — Sewing & Assembly

Our skilled technicians meticulously cut, sew, and assemble each piece using industrial-grade machines and reinforced stitching. This is where artistry meets precision — turning printed panels into a durable, functional inflatable.
During assembly, we install internal baffling, inflation ports, and tie-downs for stability and safety. The final result is a custom inflatable that meets our highest standards of strength, performance, and visual impact.
